About me

Hello, I'm Rosie, a Cheltenham-based clinical psychologist. I am qualified to doctorate level and registered with the HCPC. I completed my doctorate in 2023 and have over 15 years’ experience working in the NHS with people across the lifespan, presenting with a range of difficulties including anxiety (social anxiety, health anxiety, generalised anxiety), depression, OCD, trauma-related difficulties and challenges adjusting to difficult life events. 

I primarily work with adults and older teenagers in my private practice in central Cheltenham. I work collaboratively with clients to understand what they would like to focus on, and together we agree on shared goals. Using an integrative approach, drawing on different therapeutic models and considering what best meets each person’s needs, I support clients to understand and work with the difficult emotional experiences they have been facing.

I am skilled at building safe, trusting relationships and aim to help people feel able to talk about what matters most to them. I currently offer both online and in-person appointments, and work on Monday daytimes as well as Monday and Thursday evenings.
